Chef Bio
Chef Aaron is a Cajun born and raised in Southeast Louisiana. He has 25 years of experience in cooking Southern Creole cuisine.
Aaron specializes in seafood with ocean to table, allowing you to enjoy the freshest food you have ever dreamed of. He believes in locally sourced and foraged food: from mushrooms, fish, and lobster to herbs from small farms.

Please remember Aaron focuses on sea to table; either himself or a trusted friend is going out to catch your meal. The ocean has no respect for special requests. Aaron will try to get the species you prefer; however, the idea is a cultural experience. Where some call it Chef’s Choice, Aaron cooks by Ocean’s Choice. On rainy occasions, land animals may be substituted. Any beef, pork, lamb, or chicken is locally sourced from farms that have been visited and chef-approved.
